What if my goods are faulty?Updated a year ago
If you believe your Sizzix product purchased from a retailer is faulty, please contact the retailer directly, providing your proof of purchase and as many details as possible.
The warranty is held by the retailer. Faulty goods purchased from Sizzix can be returned in accordance with the warranty and the above returns policy, to be tested.
If a fault is found, the product will be repaired or replaced where possible at our discretion and your postage for the cost of return will be refunded.
