If there is an issue with your order or you haven’t received it within 14 days of placing your order, please here the Customer Service Team as soon as possible, with your order number, so they can investigate this for you.
Sadly, should you not make us aware of any issues within 90 days of your purchase being made, remedial action is at our discretion and a refund for your order may not always be authorized.
