How do I return my order?Updated a year ago

Sizzix only accepts returns of product that was ordered from Sizzix. Products purchased from all other online stores and retailers must be returned at the store where the product was purchased.

Returns to Sizzix must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product. To return products purchased from Sizzix, submit a Return Authorization request online at www.sizzix.co.uk/pages/contact. Include your full name, invoice number, e-mail address and reason for the return. All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, resellable condition with original packaging.

You will be liable for all shipping and handling charges for all returned products. A restocking fee may be charged on any product returned that was not included in the Return Authorization.

Please note: We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. Sizzix is pleased to offer Internet specials periodically.
