Can I return any unwanted goods?Updated a year ago

We understand if there’s some items you don’t want to keep. We’re happy to accept a return providing it is received within 30 days after you received the item.

If you wish to return an item purchased from sizzix.co.uk, you must contact us to arrange your return within 14 days of receipt of your order and they must arrive back with us within 30 days.

Please reference your Sizzix account name and order number. We will then issue you with an authorised Sales Order Return Reference Number which you must include on the parcel when returning items to us.

The costs of returning unwanted items must be covered by the customer.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 10 working days and if applicable will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Please Note: Customers must ensure the items being returned are sufficiently packaged and unless faulty are in unused condition.

We will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during transit resulting from poor packaging.

In this case the items will be returned to the customer and the return will not be processed.
