What is the warranty on Sizzix Machines?

Our machines come with a standard 2 year warranty. You can view what's covered by the warranty here. If you're having a problem with your machine then please get in touch with our Customer Service team, here.

Where will I find my serial number?

You can find your unique serial number on the sticker on the bottom of your machine. Or at the side if you have a sidekick machine.

Why does my machine not have a serial number?

If your machine is more than 3 years old, it may not have a serial number. If you're having issues with your machine and need support that please contact our Customer Service team here.

I have lost a part of my die set, can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately we do not supply replacement parts if a part of a die set goes missing. However we sell magnetic sheets which keep your dies safe all in one place.

How do I register my machine for extended warranty?
